Twinsie Tuesday- Textured nails

Hey all,

Today's Twinsie Tuesday post is Textured nails. I know a lot of people aren't fond of this trend but I have to say I love the ones I have. The colours are just so pretty and I think the textured effect brings something new to the nail polish scene. At least it stays on your nails longer than those fecking caviar/ bead things.

I didn't use a base with this design. I think the colours pop a bit more that way. I popped on a few stripes of striping tape. Then I carefully painted over each section.. Yellow- Barry M Station Road, Pink- Barry M Kingsland Road, Green- Barry M Ridley Road and Blue- Barry M Atlantic Road. I think all four colours go well together.

  4. Ooh. I don't like the plain textured nail polish that's coming out. I really do love the glittery Zoya ones though. But you make the creme textured polishes look cool here!

  6. Awh, this is super cute. I'm useless at using tape for this sort of thing, but I'd love to be able to do this!

    1. I'm really liking the effect. I know they can be very showy but they look far nicer when they are toned down a bit xx
